At the heart of the system lies a powerful hybrid inverter (PCS) on 100 kW , which serves as its “brain,” and 15 battery modules connected in series DEYE BOS-B, with a total capacity of 215 kWh, serve as reliable “reservoirs” of energy. The electrical energy capacity of each battery module is 14.30 kWh. The charging current of the battery system is 168 A.

• Complete control and protection of batteries: The system includes a separate module BMS (Battery Management System) — BOS-B-PDU-2 with a voltage range of 200–1,000 V.. This is a control unit that manages the charge/discharge status of all 15 battery modules, ensures they are balanced, and protects them from overvoltage, overload, and extreme temperatures.

• Uncompromising reliability and uninterrupted operation: Thanks to the module STS (Static Transfer Switch), which acts as a high-speed automatic transfer switch, the system ensures an instantaneous transition between the utility grid, off-grid mode, and the diesel generator—in less than 10 milliseconds. The inverter can handle overloads up to 110% and peak loads up to 170% in standalone mode, making it ideal for use with high-powered industrial equipment. This ensures an uninterrupted power supply for mission-critical equipment. The STS can handle power up to 500 kW. 

• Exceptional performance and flexibility: The system is based on a high-performance PV module on 100 kW. Thanks to 8 MPPT trackers with an input current of 40 A (maximum 60 A) and a voltage range of 180–850 V, it allows you to connect solar panels with a total peak power of up to 200 kW, which ensures maximum generation of clean electricity.

• Smart Energy Management: Integrated Management System EMS allows you to optimize consumption, implement a “zero export” policy, and manage charging/discharging based on time-of-use (TOU) rates. This significantly reduces your electricity costs, and the maximum efficiency of the power converter (PCS) reaches 98.5%.

• Scalability to Support Your Business Growth: The Deye BESS BOS-B 215 is a modular system. Up to 5 inverters, 100 kW each. These STS power units (each with a capacity of 500 kW) can be combined into a single system with an impressive total capacity of up to 2.5 MW (20 inverters connected in parallel), which makes it easy to scale up capacity to meet your business's needs.
