Services
SunTime is your trusted partner in the field of modern solar energy in Ukraine. We specialize in the design, sale, and professional installation of solar power plants (SPPs) and backup power systems for private homes, commercial, and industrial facilities.
We don't just supply equipment—we create customized turnkey engineering solutions: autonomous and hybrid systems, grid-connected solar power plants, agrivoltaics for agribusiness, Applying for the «green» rate, installation of uninterruptible power supply systems, and maintenance. See the sections for a complete list About Us and Our Services.
The timeframe depends on the power capacity, the type of facility, and the complexity of the electrical installation. For a private home, the entire process—from project approval to commissioning—usually takes a few days, provided the equipment is in stock and no additional approvals are required.
For commercial and industrial facilities, we develop a schedule after an engineer’s on-site visit: we take into account the size of the station, logistics, cable installation, and coordination with the power grid. SunTime strictly adheres to the agreed-upon deadlines and specifies the work schedule in the contract.
For an accurate commercial proposal, we recommend free pickup on-site. The engineer assesses the condition of the roof or land, the presence of shade, the orientation of the surface, and the location for the inverter, the control panel, and the cable routes.
You can get a preliminary assessment remotely via SES Calculator on our website or by phone. We finalize the design and cost estimate after a site survey—this way, you get realistic capacity and pricing with no surprises during installation.
Yes, SunTime offers this service Turnkey legal setup of the «green» tariff. We prepare the necessary documents, submit applications to the regional power company, and assist with the approval process, the signing of the contract, and the installation of a two-way meter.
This service relieves the SES owner of bureaucratic hassles: instead of having to figure out the requirements on your own and correspond with government agencies, you receive a clear step-by-step guide and tracking of deadlines. Please check with your manager for details and connection timelines when calculating the cost of the station.
SunTime provides service for installed stations under warranty and post-warranty conditions. The service includes inverter diagnostics, mounting inspection, performance monitoring, firmware updates (as needed), and troubleshooting.
Regular maintenance extends the equipment's service life and helps detect a drop in power output caused by dirty panels or damaged cables in a timely manner. You can submit a service request via Contacts or the hotline number.
The cost depends on the power output (kW), the type of equipment, the complexity of installation, the availability of batteries, and the distance to the site. There is no fixed price—each project is calculated individually based on your needs, the technical characteristics of the site, and your budget.
A rough estimate — in SES calculator. If the capacity is chosen correctly, the investment usually pays for itself in 4–6 years, after which the station will continue to generate electricity for decades to come. In our commercial proposal, we clearly outline the details of the order; promotional packages are available at equipment store.
Installation is only possible on load-bearing structures that can support the additional weight of the fasteners and panels. During our on-site visit, we inspect the condition of the roof, its pitch, the waterproofing, and ensure there is no critical damage.
If the roof needs repair, we recommend first restoring the roofing and then installing the solar power system—this is cheaper than having to remove the panels a year later. In complex cases, we offer ground-mounted installation or rafter reinforcement, subject to the customer’s approval.
For an individual, a passport, an identification number, and documents proving ownership or right of use of the property (house, land plot) are usually sufficient. For a legal entity: an extract from the Unified State Register, articles of incorporation, the signatory’s information, and bank account details.
You may also need the building's technical passport or permitting documentation—depending on the system's capacity and local requirements. A SunTime manager will send you a checklist after an initial consultation so you can gather all the necessary documents without having to make any extra trips.
For small- and medium-capacity residential solar power systems installed on a homeowner’s roof or property, compliance with building codes and grid connection regulations is usually sufficient. For large commercial projects or facilities located in protected areas, additional approvals may be required.
We guide our clients through the current requirements in effect at the time the contract is signed and assist with the technical aspects of the documentation. The final list of permits depends on the capacity, location, and policies of the local authority.
Grid-Connected Solar Power Plant Works in conjunction with the external power grid: reduces electricity costs and can generate passive income from the sale of excess power. Without batteries, it does not provide off-grid power during a blackout.
Hybrid system Combines the grid, solar panels, and batteries—reliable protection against power outages for your home or business. Autonomous The station is not connected to the grid and relies entirely on solar power and storage systems—making it ideal for remote locations.
SunTime selects the type of system tailored to your budget, energy consumption, and priorities: cost savings, energy security, or complete self-sufficiency. Examples of completed projects can be found at Our Projects.

The system's capacity is calculated based on annual electricity consumption (kWh), available roof area, orientation (azimuth), and tilt angle. It is important to account for shade from chimneys, antennas, and neighboring buildings—it reduces power output.
Please use SES calculator Use the website for a preliminary estimate, or request a customized quote from SunTime. We’ll determine the optimal number of panels to strike a balance between your budget, payback period, and actual energy production at your location.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s official warranty. The warranty period varies by product category: for solar panels, it is typically 10–15 years of power output and up to 25–30 years of rated power; for inverters, 5 to 10 years; and for batteries, as specified by the brand.
The warranty terms, serial number, and service center contact information are listed in the product manual and on the product page. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will assist you in filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer or supplier.
The status «in stock,» «available on order,» or «out of stock» is displayed directly on the product card in store. After the order is placed, the manager confirms the reservation and the estimated shipping date.
For large orders (commercial projects, wholesale), we recommend contacting the sales department in advance via Contacts — Let's check the inventory levels, the delivery time from the factory, and whether a volume discount is available.
SunTime is up and running only from trusted global brands: high-efficiency solar panels, grid-tied and hybrid inverters, and long-lasting lithium batteries. Our catalog features certified equipment backed by after-sales service in Ukraine and a proven track record of reliable performance in our projects.
Specific models depend on current inventory. Before purchasing, we recommend verifying the specifications against your station’s design—a manager will help you choose a premium package tailored to your facility.
The type of inverter depends on the application: network — for sale/balancing with the grid without a reserve; hybrid — if batteries and a power supply are needed during a power outage; autonomous — for facilities not connected to the grid.
It is important to select an inverter with a capacity that matches the total power output of the panels (typically 0.8–1.1 times the array’s rated power), taking into account the number of MPP trackers, the battery voltage, and future system expansion. SunTime specialists verify compatibility as part of the project or when purchasing a kit in a store.
Batteries are not required for a traditional grid-connected solar power system: it reduces your electricity bill, but during a power outage, the house cannot be powered by the panels without additional equipment.
Storage devices are necessary if you value energy security — power for the refrigerator, boiler, internet, and lighting during power outages. SunTime selects hybrid inverters and premium lithium-ion batteries for your most demanding customers.
Yes, in most cases, panels, inverters, and mounting systems from different brands can be combined as long as the electrical specifications are met: string open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current, connector type, and cable cross-section.
Incorrect selection may result in a loss of power or the activation of a safety mechanism. Before purchasing a «mixed» kit, please send the specifications to our manager—we will verify compatibility. The ready-made kits in the store have already been assembled to meet these requirements.
For installation crews, electricians, and regular B2B customers, SunTime offers customized terms for regular purchases. The discount amount depends on the product range, quantity, and frequency of orders.

Standard network A SES without batteries shuts down along with the grid during a blackout—this is a safety requirement (to protect line workers). In other words, the panels do not supply power to the outlets in the house as long as there is no external power supply.
For a backup power supply, you need hybrid or autonomous A system consisting of batteries and a corresponding inverter. SunTime designs such solutions based on a list of critical loads (refrigerator, boiler, lighting, internet) and calculates the required battery capacity.
Annual energy production depends on the installed capacity (kW), the region’s solar radiation, the orientation of the panels, the tilt angle, shading, and the quality of the equipment. In Ukraine, approximately 1 kW of installed capacity generates between 1,000 and 1,300 kWh per year under favorable conditions.
A more accurate forecast for your address is calculated SES Calculator or a SunTime engineer after inspecting the site. You can track actual energy production through the inverter app or the meter.
A solar power system requires minimal but regular maintenance: visually inspecting the panels, checking the mounts after strong winds, monitoring the inverter display, and cleaning dust, leaves, and snow from the panels as needed.
We recommend a professional inspection once every 1–2 years—especially for commercial facilities. SunTime offers post-installation service packages that include diagnostics, performance testing, and a system status report. This helps maintain your warranty and ensure maximum power output.
SunTime provides its own warranty for installation and design work—the term and conditions are specified in the contract. The equipment warranty is provided separately by the manufacturer (see the product manual, serial numbers, and conditions listed on the product information card).
